outperforming the index before it shows up in the chart. Checked on both daily (~3-month
lookback) and weekly (~3-month lookback) closes - weekly is the rarer, more significant
read (marked with a pink dot, matching the Traderlion RS indicator's own
convention) since it takes a much longer stretch of real outperformance to clear a weekly high than a daily
